S1 E3: The Body
In this episode, we explore the main areas of physical health and how to maximize them. Good health is critical to spiritual growth because pain or disease can block the flow of positive energy. Interestingly though, poor health can act as a catalyst for spiritual seeking as it can propel a person to seek out a higher purpose for the physical issue.
We have divided the areas of health into categories:

Make small changes each week. Small, easy steps lead to big and beneficial changes over the long term. For example, if you put two sugars in your coffee, cut down to one and one half for the first two weeks, then go to one the following week. Keep at it slowly reducing the amount of sugar you put into your coffee. Once you have cut down, you won’t even miss it! Same thing goes for drinking water. Add half a cup of water a day to the amount you currently drink for the first week. Add another half a cup the second week. Continue until you reach 8 cups every day. For exercise, add a 10-minute walk every day for the first week. Etc., etc.
