THE HOSTS

The Humble Seeker, Helen is a long-time student of Spirituality. She is not an expert in any particular area but has spent years learning and experiencing a wide variety of teachings. She introduces you to concepts that will help you navigate through your spiritual path. Helen has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Education. She has worked with children and teens, taught college, and currently runs a social service agency that assists those living in poverty.

Derek is relatively new to spiritual study and is somewhat apprehensive. Helen calls him the Reluctant Apprentice. Derek is the Creative and Technical Director of Spiritual Intros. His career is in Event Management and Audio Visual Technologies. His inspirational photography is used throughout our online channels.
