S1 E8: The Mind Part Two - Words
In this episode we explore the incredible power that words have over our reality. We will also look at some of the scientific research indicating this power and talk about how to apply the findings to improve our lives and take us to the next spiritual level.
Words have a frequency!
Words like Love, Beauty, Yes, Thank you etc. vibrate at a higher level than negative words.
Words like Hate, Ugly, No emit a lower level frequency.
If you are writing, saying, thinking or feeling negative words, they lower the frequency that your entire body is emitting.
Conversely, higher frequency words can increase your level of vibration or frequency.
So watching or being aware of your words and changing them to higher frequency words is a very effective way to raise your vibration.
And what is really fascinating is that this also goes for words that are around you.
Words, whether we are saying them, writing them, reading them, thinking them affect our vibration. See S1 E6 The Law of Attraction and S1 E7 Mirroring.
How we think and feel is expressed primarily in words whether talking to ourselves, or to others. Words carry power because they too have a frequency.
Japanese researcher Masaru Emoto demonstrated that human thoughts, words, feelings, ideas and even music affect the structure of water in both a negative and positive way.
Our bodies are made up of between 70 and 80% water – similar to planet Earth!
And if our words, thoughts, etc., affect water, would they also not affect our bodies too?
This could be why throughout history, most cultures say a short prayer or offering before eating.
How does all this relate to our spiritual journey?
Spirituality is about raising your vibration to a high level so you can communicate with your soul, the universe, God or whatever higher power you believe in.
Be very aware of the words you are using, especially to yourself.
Your words, thoughts affect the water in your body.
Blood is about 92% water.
The quality of our blood greatly affects every system in our body.
Also, be aware of the words posted up in all of your environments.
Be aware of the music and the sounds around you – they affect your body.
Try to play beautiful classical and other healing music part of the time.
Lastly, before you eat and drink something, say a short prayer or affirmation of love and gratitude – you might be affecting the structure of the food or drink in a positive way.
