S1 E6: The Law of Attraction
This episode introduces the most powerful of our spiritual laws, the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction is based on the rate of vibration, in other words, the frequency. Things of a similar frequency are attracted to each other.
What is Vibration? What is Frequency?
Our world is made of up energy
There is only energy
Everything moves – let’s call that everything vibrates
Think of frequency and waves like the waves of the ocean
The more often the waves come onto the beach, we say they are coming at a higher frequency
Frequency is the rate of vibration
The more dense something is, like a rock, the lower the frequency the slower the atoms are moving around
It is the same with sounds; the lower the sound, the lower the frequency of the sound waves
This can all be measured, it is basic physics
The same phenomenon happens with the colours of the spectrum. Humans can only see less than 1% of the full spectrum of colours! Think about how much else we are not interpreting!
Do thoughts vibrate?
Yes! That is the main reason that we are talking about this topic of the Law of Attraction. Our thoughts lead to us feeling a certain way
Do our emotions have higher and lower frequencies?
Yes! Negative-feeling thoughts such as fear, anger, insecurity, guilt, hate and unworthiness are vibrating at a much lower frequency
Good feeling thoughts emit a higher frequency and these attract back to you more good feeling thoughts, circumstances and people and this feels better
Examples of better-feeling thoughts include: love, peace, joy, gratitude, hope and passion

One of the most important concepts to understand in the world of spirituality is that our thoughts and emotions, especially how we feel, determine to a great extent, our life experiences! And this happens whether we are aware of it or not!
How do our beliefs fit into this?
Repeating a thought turns it into a belief
We live our lives according to these beliefs whether they are positive or negative, helpful or hurtful to us
What you believe has a huge impact on your life – especially when those beliefs that are negative or limiting
What are some ways to lower and raise our vibration?
Lowering Vibration:
Putting junk food and other toxins in our body
Toxins from the environment
Being under stress, thinking negative thoughts
Regret, unforgiveness, ingratitude, guilt and anger
Being critical about yourself and others, judging
Raising Vibration:
Appreciation, gratitude & forgiveness
Healthy food & water
Meditation, yoga & exercise
Being nice/kind
Improving your thoughts to more positive ones
Hugs, fun & playing
Listening to or playing music
Doing what you love and are passionate about
Happy relationships
